If you get a message like the title above when turning on the computer, it means there is a problem in the processor fan, this problem is usually caused by too much dust off the fan is so annoying fan rotation, to overcome this you need to do is clean the fan processor with a brush or vacuum usb, fan rotation is thus guaranteed smooth and not noisy, but if after the clean up is still a problem, the processor fan should be replaced with new ones, good luck.
